1. The subject of the contract is an investment consisting in the construction of an Innovative Integrated Centre

Didactic and Library Services 'NEWTON' on the second campus of the Opole University of Technology at ul.

Prószkowska in Opole divided into guaranteed (stage I) and optional (stage II) orders.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the guaranteed and optional contract shall be specified in the documentation

design consisting of technical documentation, technical specification of execution and acceptance of works

annex 1 to the SWZ.

3. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the execution of an optional order.

A detailed description of the subject of the guaranteed contract (stage I) and optional contract (stage II) is specified in

the design documentation consisting of the technical documentation, the technical specification for execution and

acceptance of works constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

1) guaranteed contract (stage I) - closed shell with façade and external networks, in

including:

• preparatory works;

• zero state;

• raw state;

• external sanitary installations;

• raw closed state with window and door joinery;

•Facades.

2) optional order (stage II) - finishing works for the library and hall enabling their comprehensive

functioning, including:

• finishing construction works;

• sanitary installations;

• ventilation and cooling installations;

• audiovisual installations;

•Electrical.
