The Ordering Party wishes to acquire an agreement for the provision of application operation, maintenance and support of the Client's existing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution CyberArk, which is installed in the Contracting Entity's infrastructure and on-premise data center. Application operation, maintenance and support is a fixed service provided monthly on the basis of a fixed fee. For this purpose, the Ordering Party may order additional services in the form of Service Requests or Projects, which may include, for example, adjustments in the functionality of the application or the establishment of a new IT operating environment. The optional tasks will be fixed price or time spent.

The total acquisition is purchased for a period of 5 years from the signing of the agreement with the possibility of extension for 3 x 12 months.

The Ordering Party wishes to acquire an agreement for the provision of application operation, maintenance and support of the Ordering Party's existing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution Cy-berArk, which is installed in the Contracting Entity's infrastructure and on-premise data center. Application operation, maintenance and support is a fixed service provided monthly on the back of a fixed remuneration. For this purpose, the Ordering Party may order additional services in the form of Service Requests or Projects, which may include, for example, adjustments in the functionality of the application or the establishment of a new IT operating environment. The add-on tasks can be fixed price or time spent.

The total acquisition is purchased for a period of 5 years from the signing of the agreement with the possibility of extension for 3 x 12 months.
