For the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services to the Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust for a period of 10 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years.

The Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust is seeking a suitably experience contractor to undertake Grounds Maintenance and Arboricultural works throughout the District of Aylesbury Valeincluding within general estates and independent living schemes. The services will include:

— grass cutting,

— hedge maintenance,

— litter picking/sweeping,

— weeding,

— shrub bed maintenance,

— rose bed maintenance,

— flower bed maintenance,

— garage site maintenance,

— arboriculture works and surveys,

— winter gritting.

The Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust is responsible for managing and maintaining approx. 75ha of land located throughout the District of Aylesbury Vale, including approx. 50ha of grass areas and 4ha of horticultural features.
