The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of waste management in the recovery process, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Act on waste with codes 17 03 80, 19 12 08 and 16 01 03 with the division into tasks together with the service of their successive collection and transport to their place development in accordance with generally applicable laws and decisions held by the Contractor. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in Part II of the ToR.
The procedure is conducted under an open tender in accordance with art. 39 of the Act of 29 January 2004 Public Procurement Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1986, as amended).
The proceedings are conducted in Polish, only in electronic form using electronic means of communication via the Purchasing Platform available at: https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/czystemiasto.
Correspondence addressed to the Employer in a manner other than to the address given above will not be considered
1. The subject of this contract is the provision of waste management services (in the recovery process, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste) in the form of used tar paper - waste with the code 17 03 80 provided by the Employer together with their service successive collection / transport to the place of their development, in accordance with the generally applicable law, possessed decisions and provisions contained in the contract.
2. The estimated amount of waste with code 17 03 80 is 100 Mg.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Part II of the ToR - point I.
4. Due to the amount of waste referred to above that is difficult to predict, the estimated amount of waste specified in point 2. above may be reduced. Therefore, the Employer reserves the right to limit this amount by 30% during the performance of the contract. Reducing the amount of waste with code 17 03 80 in this respect will not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Employer, in particular for payment of remuneration for the unrealized part and for payment of compensation in connection with the reduction of the estimated amount.
In this situation, an annex to the contract is not required.

2. The estimated amount of waste with code 19 12 08 is 100 Mg.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Part II of the ToR - point II.
4. Due to the amount of waste referred to above that is difficult to predict, the estimated amount of waste specified in point 2 above may be reduced. 2. The estimated amount of waste with code 16 01 03 is 240 Mg.

4. Due to the amount of waste referred to above that is difficult to predict, the estimated amount of waste specified in point 2 above may be reduced. Therefore, the Purchaser reserves the right to limit this amount by a maximum of 30% during the performance of the contract. The reduction of the amount of waste will amount to 16 01 03 in this respect will not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Employer, in particular for payment of remuneration for the unrealized part and for payment of compensation in connection with the reduction of the estimated amount. In this situation, no annex is required.
