1. The subject of the contract is the supply of projection and multimedia devices for the National Forum of Music Witold Lutosławski in Wroclaw. The delivery of the subject of the contract should be understood as the delivery of the above items to the Employer's headquarters or to the place indicated by the Employer.

a) Presentation monitors that can be used as prompters - 4 sets, projection screens for universal use - 1 set,

b) Multimedia workstation - 1 set containing: a desktop computer, 2 monitors and peripherals, a transport case,

c) Mapping projector - 1 set including: projector with lens set, transport case, mounting frame, accessories.

A detailed description of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order.

The subject of the contract is the supply of projection and multimedia devices, as described in Annex 1 to the ToR for part 1 of the contract, in particular:

a) Presentation monitors that can be used as prompters - 4 sets that meet the following requirements:

- 2 sets, each consisting of a monitor (NEC Multisync V554 or equivalent), monitor stand, SDI signal cable, transport box,

- 2 sets, each consisting of a monitor (NEC Multisync C861Q or equivalent), monitor stand, SDI signal cable, transport case;

b) Projection screens for versatile use - 1 set containing: projection screen with a width of min. 5 m (STUMPFL Vario Clip BCV-AC508 / R10 or equivalent) and screen width min. 7.5 m (STUMPFL on the VarioClip Lock 64 system or equivalent).

The minimum warranty period - 24 months from the date of final acceptance of the device.

The subject of the order is the delivery of a workstation as described in Annex 1 to the ToR for lot 2 of the contract, in particular:

a) Multimedia workstation - 1 set containing: a desktop computer, 2 monitors and peripherals, a transport case.

The minimum warranty period - 36 months from the date of final acceptance of the device.

The subject of the order is the delivery of a projector for mapping, as described in Annex 1 to the ToR for part 3 of the contract, in particular:

a) Professional projector for mapping, projection on the foyer -3, creating virtual scenery for artistic events - 1 set including: projector with a set of lenses, transport case, mounting frame and accessories enabling the projector to be mounted on Ø48-51 mm pcs on a truss in the system Quadro 290 mm and 390 mm, 1 signal scaler.

The minimum warranty period for the above devices - 24 months from the date of final acceptance of the device.
