The canton of St.Gallen is planning to replace today's “Cantonal Emergency Call Center (KNZ)”. The newly planned "emergency call and operations control center (NEZ)" will ensure transitional operation until the security and administration center (SVZ) planned by the canton can be occupied in 2033.

As part of the creation of the interim solution for the front-end NEZ sub-project, a suitable general planner team is being sought to plan, implement and commission the project in SIA phases 31-53.
