The framework agreement concerns the supply of one-component maintenance universal primary paint and associated diluent, used for routine maintenance work on French Navy vessels, by on-board personnel. Packaging will have to be small in view of the limited storage capacities on board ships. Supplies are delivered in metropolitan France and overseas.

The market is renewable 1 time.

It is passed according to a procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-11 of the Public Order Code.

Description of the supply or services:
The proposed paints must have a RAE (Recognition of Suitability for Use) from the DGA (Direction Générale de l'Armement) or an ACQPA certification (Association for the Certification and Qualification of Anti-Corrosion Paints) at the time of submission of the tender and during the entire duration of the contract.
The execution is done mainly through the device of the purchase card (CA3). Written purchase orders may be notified for overseas deliveries.
