Open procedure, pursuant to art. 123, paragraph 1, art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the award of the contract relating to the final-executive design, supplies and works necessary for the construction of the "Alghero center - Alghero airport railway connection, with hydrogen production plant".

The total amount of the contract, as per the economic framework, including safety costs and charges for the final-executive design, amounts to € 82,583,891.87, of which:

Amount for the execution of the work, subject to reduction € 78,900,000.00;

Amount for the final-executive design, subject to reduction € 1,711,391.87;

Security costs (not subject to reduction) € 1,972,500.00.

Therefore, the amount of the contract subject to reduction is € 80,611,391.87, while the amount not subject to reduction is € 1,972,500.00.

Pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 4 of the Code, the maximum estimated global value of the contract, including any option, is € 98,758,391.87 + VAT.

For the purposes of the qualification of Economic Operators, in compliance with Annex A to art. 61 of D.P.R. n ° 207/2010, the works are classified as follows:

€ 48,109,400.00 "OG3" PREVALENT VIII;

€ 9.803.100,00 "OS29" VI Scorporabile;

€ 16.092.500,00 "OG11" VIII Scorporabile;

€ 3.382.500,00 "OS9" IV-bis Scorporabile;

€ 3.485.000,00 "OS27" IV-to Scorporabile.
