The purpose of the framework agreements is to ensure The Directorate of Public Construction Property has access to qualified resources in plumbing works in Oslo for planned and emergency works that arise in connection with the operation and maintenance of The Directorate of Public Construction's buildings at all times owned and leased properties. The work shall be executed according to NS 3420U.
