The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 in the following areas:

a) collection of non-segregated (mixed) waste of the owners of properties located in the Chodzież Commune, where the residents live,

(b) the receipt and use of selective waste from property owners residing from the Community of Chodzież and municipal waste from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Kamionce,

c) equipping the owners of residential properties with containers for non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and bags for selectively collected municipal waste, as well as equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Kamionka with containers and containers - at no additional charge for the duration of the order in question.

Collection, transport and management of waste will be carried out with:

a) inhabited single-family properties and multi-unit buildings

Types of waste to be collected from property owners.

The Contractor shall be obliged to:

1) collection of the entire mass of mixed municipal waste, including slag and ashes, from the owners of inhabited properties located in the Chodzież Municipality

central heating furnaces, tiled stoves or other heat sources (20 03 01),

2) collection and management of the entire mass of the following municipal waste from the owners of inhabited properties located in the Chodzież Commune:

(a) waste collected separately, i.e.:

paper waste, including paperboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste (15 01 01, 20 01 01);

glass waste, including glass packaging waste (15 01 07, 20 01 02),

metal waste, including metal packaging waste (15 01 04, 20 01 40), plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste (15 01 02, 20 01 39), and multi-material packaging waste (15 01 05, 15 01 06),

biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste (20 02 01), biodegradable kitchen waste (20 01 08), garden and green waste (20 01 99, 20 02 03),

b) hazardous waste, expired medicines and chemicals (15 01 10*, 20 01 21*, 20 01 29, 20 01 31*, 20 01 32, 20 01 25, 20 01 26*, 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 17*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 29*, 20 01 30, 20 01 37*),

(c) waste not eligible as medical waste generated by

in the household as a result of the intake of medicinal products

in the form of injection and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood,

needles and syringes (ex 20 01 99),

d) waste batteries and accumulators (16 06 04, 16 06 05, 16 06 01*, 20 01 33*, 20 01 34),

(e) furniture and other bulky waste (20 03 07),

(f) waste tyres (16 01 03),

(g) waste electrical and electronic equipment (08 03 18, 16 02 13*, 16 02 16, 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36),

(h) construction and demolition waste from households (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 06*, 17 01 07, 17 01 80, 17 01 82, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 03 80, 17 05 04, 17 08 02, 17 09 04, 20 01 37*, 20 01 38),

(i) textile and clothing waste (20 01 10, 20 01 11).

Planned quantities of waste covered by the contract:

- non-segregated municipal waste (mixed) - 1200 Mg

- separately collected waste - 1.014 Mg
