The purpose of the tender for lots 1, 2 and 4 is to contract a supplier to supply the described sweepers. Lot 4 also includes an option for additional delivery. For lot 3 (ACV) it is a framework agreement, with an effective date of 1 April 2022. This agreement has an initial duration of 12 months and can then be extended by the Client 3 times for the duration of 1 year each.

ACV is the name for the trusted waste collector in the municipalities of Ede, Renkum, Renswoude, Veenendaal and Wageningen. ACV was created in 1999 when the activities for the municipalities of Ede and Wageningen were merged into one organisation: De Vallei waste combination. Later Renkum (2001), Veenendaal (2008) and Renswoude (2020) were added.
As an independent company, ACV focuses on regaining raw materials from waste streams and the management of public space. Activities such as waste stream collection, street cleaning, smoothness control, swirling and pest control are part of this. In addition, ACV has been closely associated with the Restore Kringloop Foundation since 1999.
Order
The assignment includes the supply of a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 5 diesel-driven sweepers (4-5m3) that are suitable for 80 km/h.
The purpose of this tender is to close one window with a maximum of one supplier. The agreement is intended to start on 1 April 2023 and has an initial duration of twelve (12) months. Furthermore, the Client has the option to extend the agreement three times for the duration of 12 months each. One machine is ordered immediately after award. Renewal of the framework agreement may depend on the development of electric sweepers. Maintenance of the sweeper is in principle carried out by the Client himself. ACV has a well-equipped workshop with expert employees.

The Implementation Department of the Spatial Economic Domain Directorate carries out a number of standard replacements in the fleet every year. Due to the current health and safety legislation, environmental developments, depreciation periods and state of maintenance, the Implementation Department is forced to replace the current 2m3 sweepers in 2023.

The contract includes the supply of one diesel-powered sweeper (4-5 m3) and one battery-powered electric sweeper (4-5 m3) by one supplier to be contracted. The assignment also includes the option for the Client to purchase a maximum of one diesel-driven sweeper and / or a maximum of one battery-powered electric sweeper. If this option is used, the sweeper(s) will be purchased no later than 31 December 2025.
The order also includes a full service contract per machine for the duration of 96 months.
