1. The subject of the order under the basic order is the repair of 3 traction motors type TMF 50-29-4 from vehicles type 31WE series ED-78.

2. The Contracting Authority envisages the application of the right of option increasing the number of repaired traction motors type TMF 50-29-4 to electric multiple units type 31WE series ED78 referred to in paragraph 1 by another two motors. Detailed provisions regarding this right are included in Appendix 9 to the Terms of Reference (model agreement).

3. The contracting authority shall not allow partial or variant tenders to be submitted.
