The subject of the contract is a service consisting of the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality of Niebylec, as well as from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste and the development of this waste between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022.

The subject of the contract is a service consisting of the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality of Niebylec, as well as from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste and the development of such waste between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected under the order is 1,310 Mg.

2. The order also includes the supply of waste bags, amounting to approximately 346,000 pcs, along with barcode bag stickers identifying each inhabited property.

3. The scope of the order includes 11 sołectw: Baryczka, Blizianka, Nwoździanka, Nwoźnica Dolna, Gwoźnica Górna, Jawornik, Konieczkowa, Małówka, Niebylec, Lutcza and Polomia.

4. The number of inhabitants from which municipal waste will be collected is 8 983 persons, the Ordering Party stipulates that the number during the course of the contract subject may change, depending on the declarations made about the amount of the municipal waste management fee by owners of domiciled property.

5. The scope of the order shall include, in particular, the collection and development of:

1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste amounting to approximately 620 Mg,

2) segregated municipal waste listed below types in an amount of approximately 491 Mg, including:

(a) paper (including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste),

(b) metals and plastics (including metal packaging waste, plastic packaging waste and multi-plant packaging waste),

(c) glass (including glass packaging waste),

(d) biowaste, constituting municipal waste,

3) other waste totalling approximately 198 Mg, including:

(a) worn tyres,

(b) furniture and other large-sized waste,

(c) construction and demolition waste, constituting municipal waste, which has arisen as a result of minor construction or repair works, not requiring a construction permit or a declaration of intent to carry out works to the architectural and construction authority,

4) hazardous waste arising in households totalling approximately 1 Mg, including:

(a) expired medicines,

(b) waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes,

c) chemicals (used paints and varnishes, solvents, used oils, etc.).

6. The Contractor is obliged to collect from the owners of the property any amount of municipal waste displayed along the collection route, both unsegregated (mixed) and collected selectively.
