This contract concerns the insurance intermediation activity pursuant to art. 106 of Legislative Decree no. 209 of 7 September 2005 which consists in presenting and proposing insurance products, in lending assistance and advice, also in the preparation of tender specifications for works, services and supplies, aimed at this activity, in the conclusion of contracts and in the collaboration with the management or execution, in particular in the event of claims, of contracts stipulated by the Terra di Mezzo Union and the participating entities: Municipalities of Bagnolo in Piano, Cadelbosco di Sopra and Castelnovo di Sotto
