The subject of the order is planning services for service phases 1-6 “structural planning” according to §51 HOAI 2021 for the project “New construction of a Zuberhaus in 93053 Regensburg, Markomannenstraße 1”. Stadtwerk Regensburg.Mobility GmbH intends to build a new building for a so-called “Zuberhaus” with changing rooms and showers in black and white separation, a cafeteria, meeting and training rooms and a foyer area on the Markomannenstraße premises. In addition to the facilities of the Stadtwerk Regensburg.Mobility GmbH, the Markomannenstraße site also houses the central operating facilities of the Office for Waste Disposal, Road Cleaning and Vehicle Fleet (Office 70) of the city of Regensburg. The Zuberhaus is intended to provide central functions for both facilities at the interface of the company premises.
With its functions, the Zuberhaus represents a central facility for both Amt 70 and Stadtwerk.Mobility. The changing rooms and showers to be set up in the building in black and white separation are to be produced separately according to facilities. The other functions of the cafeteria, training and meeting rooms as well as foyer to be provided in the new building, on the other hand, are functions to be shared by all facilities. With the zero-waste strategy launched in autumn 2021, Office 70 is aiming to transform waste disposal into a broad-based circular economy that encompasses all areas of the city society in Regensburg. Stadtwerk Regensburg GmbH is also pursuing the goal of being climate-neutral by 2035 through a city council decision passed in 2021. In addition to reducing emissions, energy consumption and emissions at our own facilities should also be reduced. The energy still required is to be obtained from renewable energies.
