Communication and consultation for regulatory and voluntary times and legal publicity
The purpose of the framework agreement is on the one hand:
- advising and implementing means of consultation and communication to involve the public in Paris-la-Défense projects. The means of communication and information can be understood in the context of a project crisis (in the pre-project, project or site phase). The action plans, advice, resources deployed, as the case may be, must comply with the regulations in force in terms of regulatory participation.
And on the other hand:
- to assist Paris-la-Défense in the implementation of legal communication for all the regulatory procedures required under the environment code, the forest code, the town planning code and the urban code 'expropriation (land clearing, protected species, building permit and demolition permit, etc.), relating in particular to public inquiries or the making available to the public.
