In order to be able to map the target group of people with disabilities in their heterogeneous diversity with regard to the type of disability, but also the work situation, it is necessary to generate appropriate additional samples in a targeted manner and to reduce communication barriers within the framework of quantitative surveys. In the pilot study "Promotion of accessibility in the data collection of working conditions", the overall goal is to develop a concept for a quantitative survey in order to be able to map the work situation of people with disabilities on the 1st labour market in the future on a comprehensive data and information basis.
