Description:
Acquisition of technical solutions for sorting automated parcels

Viapost wishes to acquire one or more technical solutions with a view to creating multi-flow PPDC platforms (PPDC = platform for mail preparation and distribution) and sorting parcels TG3 (sorting end destined to final deliverers) for the needs of La Poste Group. The platforms involved in this market process packages with 2 different levels of preparation (used simultaneously):

Dispersion preparation (intermediate sorting of packages typically by postal codes),

- preparation for distribution (final sorting of parcels for each factor / deliverer making the last kms).

The precise product spectrum will be provided with the specifications.

The platforms will be located in the Haute Savoie departments (74), and in metropolitan France for lot 2. They will have to be operational in June 2020 for lot 1 and on indefinite dates in lot 2.

Acquisition of an automated automated sorting solution for the Argonay platform (74)

The Argonay platform will have to be operational in June 2020. The daily volume to be sorted will be around 15,000 objects and the rate required for the processing of these objects will be at least 6,500 objects per hour. The platform will process the packages with 2 separate preparation levels (used simultaneously), a dispersion preparation (sorting parcels typically by postal codes) and a preparation for distribution (sorting parcels for each factor / delivery driver making the last kilometers) .

The market concerns the supply of an automated parcel sorting solution, telescopic conveyors, bulk feeders, their spare parts.

WCS, reading system and OCR are out of supply.

The market includes preventive and curative maintenance services including the hotline and training.

The sorting solution will be powered by 4 platforms equipped with telescopic conveyors and will allow a minimum operational rate of 6,500 objects per hour. The sorting solution will propose in terms of outputs a mixed of the 2 options described below:

1) traditional outlets allowing the falling of objects in carriages of the type CP660 (container rolling of 1 m 3 ).

2) removable gravity accumulation outlets.

Acquisition of an automated automated parcel sorting solution for one or more platforms

The daily volume to be sorted will be approximately 15,000/30,000 objects and the rate required for the processing of these objects will be at least 6,500 objects per hour. The platform will be able to process parcels up to 2 separate preparation levels (used simultaneously), a dispersion preparation (parcel sorting typically by postal codes) and a preparation for distribution (parcel sorting for each factor / deliverer performing the last kilometers).

The sorting solution will be powered by 4 to 6 platforms equipped with telescopic conveyors and will allow a minimum operational rate of 6,500 objects per hour. The sorting solution will propose in terms of outputs one or a combination of the 4 options described below:

1) traditional outlets allowing the falling of objects in carriages of type CP660 (rolling container of one cubic meter);

2) removable gravity accumulation outlets;

3) gravity accumulation exits bringing all objects closer to the delivery vehicle;

4) gravity accumulation outlets allowing an additional pre-sorting (typically 4 sub-lots) while bringing objects closer to the delivery vehicle;

5) outputs allowing a sequenced delivery and bringing the sorted objects closer to the delivery vehicle.
