The subject of the order includes development by the Contractor in 2022:
1) municipal waste from property owners covered by the Municipal Waste Management System (GSGOK):
-from the territory of the Municipality of Stargard, received on the basis of a contract concluded between the Contracting Authority and the Operator of the Municipal Waste Management System (as Operator, the entity with which the Contracting Authority has concluded a contract pursuant to Article 6d (1) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities),
-biodegradable waste in the amount of up to 10 920 Mg from the town of Szczecin Municipality, transferred on the basis of an inter-municipal agreement concluded between the Municipality of Miasto Stargard and the Municipality of Szczecin.
2) all waste from the disposal of “wild dumps” located within the Municipality of Stargard.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, as known to the Contracting Authority at the date of initiation of the procedure, shall be determined by this SWZ, and in particular the draft contract of Annex 6 to the SWZ — the actual scope of work necessary for the execution of the subject of the contract, which is included in the the definition of the object of the order may differ from the scope described by the order documents.
