Company / professional and environmental liability insurance as well as environmental damage insurance for the Usingen Clinic of the Hochtaunus-Kliniken gGmbH, the Hochtaunus-Kliniken Sankt-Josef-Krankenhaus Betriebsgesellschaft mbH and the Medical Supply Center Taunus GmbH.

Insurance sums:

- Company / professional liability insurance: EUR 10,000,000 flat rate for personal injury and property damage, EUR 250,000 for financial loss, with no deductible

Insurance principle: Damage event coverage (occurrence principle),

- Protection of the client's operational liability risks with all auxiliary and ancillary companies including the personal liability of all employees.

Business / professional liability insurance (including environmental liability and environmental damage insurance) on an occurrence basis (mandatory);

—— Sums insured for company / professional liability insurance: EUR 10,000,000 lump sum for personal injury and property damage, EUR 250,000 for financial loss, a maximum of 2 times a year;

—— Sums insured for environmental liability insurance: 5,000,000 EUR pauscvhal for personal injury, property damage and financial loss, with a maximum of 1 year;

—— Sum insured for environmental damage insurance: EUR 5,000,000, a 1-fold annual maximum.

Deductible:

—— No general deductible.

Annual premiums:

The annual bonuses to be offered are fixed bonuses until January 1st, 2023. During this period, there will be neither a regulation of contributions in accordance with Section 13 AHB nor a contribution adjustment in accordance with Section 15 AHB.
