This contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum amount within the meaning of articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded for a first period from 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, renewable three times without exceeding the date of 31 December 2027, for a maximum annual amount of EUR 1,000,000.00 (excluding VAT).
