Management, maintenance and development of ticketing and information systems

The object of the Contract is the management, maintenance, development and configuration of electronic ticketing and information systems for public transport in the City of Tallinn and Northern Estonia by the Contractor; maintenance, repair and setup of the ticketing and information systems and existing equipment of the P&R car parks of the City of Tallinn; sale and installation of ticketing and information system equipment; rental of ticketing and information systems to the North Estonian Public Transport Centre, setup, management, maintenance and development of electronic ticketing and information systems for the Tallinn City Ticket to the Strategy Centre; training and advising customer service representatives and customer representatives; as well as other tasks agreed between the parties in the procurement contract and on the basis thereof, together with documentation of the work. The proposed ticketing and information systems solution must be compatible with the existing ticketing and information equipment in the public transport vehicles of Tallinn City Transport and the Public Transport Centre of Northern Estonia and work smoothly, otherwise the offer must include replacing the equipment with suitable ones.
