The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out and deliver offset and digital printing work, as well as visual or event communication media for the entire establishment. The Framework Agreement was signed by the Communication Directorate at headquarters to meet the need for VNF in all its components (Communication Directorate at headquarters and in territorial directorates). The detailed description of the services expected is specified in each Special Technical Clauses (SCCP)

The purpose of the first batch is to carry out offset printing jobs and, on a smaller scale, digital printing jobs. These printouts will need to be delivered and/or routed. Offset printing can be used on various communication media, administrative documents or print editorial documents. This will concern complex editing documents, which require the printing quality and technicality offered by offset, in particular documents printed in large numbers, those with large paginations, or those that will involve specific processing. Digital printing, on the other hand, most often concerns documents to be printed in small quantities, generally in less than 300 copies (business cards, simple documents), and/or with smaller paginations, and documents to be printed digitally (simple and binding)

The purpose of the second batch is to manufacture and print visual or event communication objects such as roll ups, stickers, tarpaulins, etc., which will be to be provided punctually but in a reactive manner. These prints must be delivered and/or made available throughout France at the addresses indicated by VNF
