The Central Administration of 2009 and their underlying housing associations wish to enter into a framework agreement for the following insurances, which are placed per housing organization in one sub-agreement:

- Building insurance incl. glass and sanitary insurance

- Moovable insurance

- Technical insurance

- Liability insurance

The tender for the framework agreement is divided into 2 phases:

Phase 1 Tendering of the framework agreement. Insurance companies qualify for Phase 2.

Phase 2 A mini-tender per housing organisation will be held for the qualified insurance companies.
