The listed ward building "Haus Monika" at the site of the St. Hedwig Hospital in Berlin Mitte is being extensively rebuilt and renovated in several sections. The work will be carried out on all floors (basement to 4th floor) of the existing building on an area of 6,600 m² GFA.
In this bill of quantities, roofing and plumbing work in the area of the existing roof and elevator roof in connection with the conversion and extension of the passenger elevator on the north side of the building are put out to tender.
The work consists, among other things, of the following services (excerpt from the course):
- approx. 50 m² dismantling of slate covering
- approx. 50 m² dismantling of roof formwork
- approx. 40 m² formwork and underlay
- approx. 40 m² Schieferddeckung
- Install 2 pcs daylight fireplaces
- 10 St Entlüfterstutzen
- 2 pcs weather protection tubes for ventilation
- Approx. 10 m² insulated sandwich panels with substructure for new elevator roof and transition roof to the main roof
- Approx. 50 m² insulated sandwich panels with substructure for new side walls of the elevator extension and transition component to the main roof
- approx. 20 m² dismantling of metal roofing
- Dismantling of cornice sheeting, wall connection plates, gutter and window sills
- approx. 20 m² double standing seam covering made of zinc on flat pitched roofs
- approx. 50 m² double standing seam covering on walls
- Installation of a skylight
- approx. 35 m window sills made of zinc
