The Ministry of School and Education NRW (MSB) is tendering for the delivery, installation, commissioning and programming of a digital locking and access control system from SimonsVoss Technologies GmbH.

In the MSB service building at Völklinger Straße 49 in Düsseldorf, a hybrid locking system is currently being used, which partly consists of a physical locking system procured in the 90s, and on the other hand of an extension with electronic locks, with which all exterior doors and areas have been equipped with special security requirements (management offices, IT, personnel, registry, etc.) since 2010. The installed physical locks no longer guarantee the prevention of unauthorized and uncontrolled access.

Since an electronic locking system from SimonsVoss has now been implemented at another service location for security reasons, an extension of the existing system is now to be carried out at the main location at Völklinger Straße 49 so that the same standard is set up at both locations. Since employees require comprehensive locking authorizations with regard to both locations, a uniform locking medium should be given.

The following services are to be provided:

1. Delivery/installation: immediately after award of the contract

2. Telephone support, emergency service and troubleshooting during operation (for a period of two years after acceptance of the services in accordance with Section 1)

3. Software support and hardware maintenance during operation (for a period of two years after acceptance of the services in accordance with Section 1)
