Almost completely detached from the traditional school building, but nevertheless in a strong urban connection to each other, a modern and future-oriented secondary school is to be developed. The planning task to be carried out mainly includes the extension of a 4-class secondary school with a 2-field sports hall connected or integrated to the new building. New school building concepts, for an open learning landscape and under the theme of "lifelong learning", are to be incorporated into the planning. For the new BOS building, private land along Friedrichstraße will be included and the existing development will be demolished. Thus, with the new school building, an urban gap is closed. The existing school building is to be integrated into the overall concept of the BOS and education campus in the best possible way.
