The assignment includes:

- the legal services and assistance with regard to all areas of activity of the Agency for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (VLAIO) and the Fund for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (FIO) and including the provision of "legal opinions";

- legal assistance and legal representation in legal disputes, as a claimant or as a defendant, before courts and other dispute resolution bodies (civil courts, administrative courts, Constitutional Court, European level, etc.).
