1. The subject of the contract is the service of repairing the P-5 maintenance level for the steam locomotive Px29 No. 1704, inv. no. MUZ II 43. 2. The detailed scope of services being the subject of this contract is specified in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. Bearing in mind that in accordance with § 6 section 1 of the Model Agreement, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, the Contracting Authority has provided for a lump sum remuneration for the implementation of the subject of the contract, it is recommended that the Contractor makes a site inspection, reads Annex 1 to the SWZ, and obtains at its own responsibility and risk, any additional information that may be necessary to prepare the offer and conclude the contract and perform the contract.
