NIBIO invites tenderers to a contest for framework agreements for terminal glasses and associated services.

NIBIO is geographically located all over Norway and the Contracting Authority will enter into parallel framework agreements that shall cover the institute's requirement completely. The Contracting Authority requests flexible agreements with the best possible offer and would like to have several suppliers bound to each of NBIO's locations. Nationwide full-range suppliers are requested, but smaller local suppliers or chains may also be awarded the contract.

The procurement is above the national threshold value and digital signing is required when submitting tenders. The tender has the full responsibility to make sure that the tender is signed and submitted within the tender deadline. It is recommended to test the system against Mercell well before the tender deadline.
