Description:
TR 101581 - Safety equipment for the Boitsfort covered trench

This contract concerns the study, installation and partial supply of safety equipment and special techniques for the Boitsfort covered trench tunnel on the L161.

It mainly includes:

- The design, supply, installation, programming, configuration, integration, testing and commissioning of a scenario management system to automate the scenarios of the Boitsfort covered trench (fire scenarios, intrusion scenarios, automation, etc.)

This scenario management system will be implemented based on a distributed automation architecture with redundant PLC's in combination with fire plants that will either process detections/commands directly or send them to the automation layer. This system must also perform a number of functions that allow remote management of installed systems.

- The interfacing of this automation/scenario management system on an existing Infrabel SCADA platform, which will be used to remotely manage the scenario system and the technical installations of the tunnel.

The successful bidder will design the interface to be compatible with the existing SCADA system and will work closely with Infrabel's developers to this end. The contractor must perform end-to-end integration tests from the system up to and including the visualization system.

- Fire detection equipment in the emergency exits, technical rooms and on the platforms of Boitsfort station;

- Equipping and securing emergency exits and exits (overpressure, intrusion control, fire detection);

- The equipment and security (fire detection) of the technical rooms;

- The equipment of technical rooms (ICT);

- The supply and installation of cabling for telephony (SOS intercoms, fire calls (BTP)), CCTV, access control, etc.;

- The supply, installation, finalization and measurement of a fiber optic (FO) network;

- Static signage;

- The supply and installation of the functional equipment of the technical rooms (HVAC and lighting);

- Installation of fire pipes;

- Lighting of the covered trench, platforms, emergency exits and technical rooms;

- The installation of electrical equipment in the tunnel (cabinets, wiring, fiber optic connections, lighting, power outlets, etc.);

- Civil engineering works for assistance in the works and realization of technical rooms;

- The power supply, transformers and UPS for the safety equipment of the trench covered by this contract;

- The realization of various tests, both local and end-to-end, in situ or not (functional, performance, compliance, fire detection, overpressure tests, ...), factory acceptance tests and integration tests;

- Maintenance, updating and management of the facilities and platform scenarios, automation and interface (corrective and preventive maintenance as well as end-to-end scenario testing on all systems) at least during the warranty period;

- The supply of all the elements for the utlérieure intervention file and the as-built file;

Part of the detection equipment will be provided by Infrabel.
