The aim of the assignment is to help households, which are struggling to pay the energy bill, to save energy.

According to the TNO study, there are approximately 1,000 households in the municipality of Harderwijk that fall into the target group of energy poverty. The municipality wants to work together with a handyman team to take these households a step further.
