1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste arising on the territory of inhabited properties where municipal waste is created in the territory of the Municipality Lądek-Zdrój in a way that ensures that adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the applicable law, among others, the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, amended), Resolution No XX/135/2020 of the Lądek-Zdrój Municipal Council of 25 June 2020 on the introduction of regulations of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the Municipality of Lądek-Zdrój (Journal of Laws, Journal of Laws. Woj. Lower Silesian from 08.07.2020, poz.4194, as amended).

2. The scope of the order includes:

(a) organising a minimum of 1 time per year of traveling collection of large waste in the territory of the Municipality of Lądek-Zdrój;

(b) disposal of illegal municipal waste sites up to 10 Mg/year;

(c) organising, maintaining and operating the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK);

(d) equipping properties located in the Municipality with containers for collecting segregated municipal waste and maintaining them in sound technical and sanitary condition;

(e) ensure the washing of available containers and to ensure disinfection of the containers available;

(f) each time cleaning of the site contaminated with waste after acceptance of waste;

(g) collection of expired medicines and thermometers from pharmacies;

h) reception of batteries from indicated points by the Ordering Party
