1. The period of execution of the subject of the contract – from the date of signing the contract to 31.12.2022.

2. The total amount of over-sieve fraction to be received – up to 3.156.49 Mg.

3. The waste shall come from the treatment of mixed municipal waste in a sorting plant equipped with a drum screen, optical separator, ballistic separator and sorting tables.

4. heat of combustion 13 – 15 MJ/kg

The period of execution of the subject of the contract – until 31.12.2022. The total amount of over-sieve fraction to be received – up to 3,156.49 Mg.

The ordering party may reduce the order by 30% in relation to the total quantity.

Due to the difficult to predict amount of waste to be collected, the estimated amount specified in paragraph 2 of this paragraph may change. Therefore, the Ordering Party, in the course of the performance of the contract, reserves the right to limit this amount by a maximum of 30%. Reducing the amount of waste in this respect will not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party, in particular for payment of remuneration for the unfulfilled part of the contract and for payment of compensation in connection with the reduction of the estimated quantity. In this situation, no annex is required. The Contracting Authority guarantees the Contractor a minimum of 70% of the estimated amounts of waste to be collected during the term of the contract.

Reception in the amount of about 600 – 1200 Mg / month during the term of the contract, on average about 900 Mg per month.

Receipts of waste will be performed according to the needs of the Ordering Party on a written or telephone order for the collection of “waste”. The order of receipt is allowed by electronic means.

The Contracting Authority stresses that the amount of waste received may change, however, it guarantees the volume of one-off receipt within the full capacity of the Contractor's transport measure previously agreed with the Contracting Authority. Accordingly, the Contractor may not bring any additional claims to the Contracting Authority for the total amount of waste received during the accounting period, within the limits of the tolerance indicated.

The Contractor shall be obliged to collect the ordered “waste” within 48 hours from the time of the order.

Loading of the over-sieve fraction on the part of the Ordering Party. (possible "sets of 2 x 38m3, or "moving floors").

Weighing of waste with the code 19 12 12 will take place at the Ordering Party in the Waste Management Plant (ZZO) in Brzeszcze at 48 Graniczna Street on an inrun scale with a load capacity of 40 t.

The ordering party has a full machine park for loading vehicles – forklift, telescopic loader with bale gripper, loader.

The weight from loading depends on the capacity of the vehicle.

Bales have a weight of 350 - 400 kg. Dimensions (W x H x Length) [cm]:

90 x 80 x 120.

Bulk material has an bulk density of 150 - 200 kg/m3.

The Contractor must have an installation for the use of the waste covered by the contract in the process of recovery and have authorisation for the processing or disposal of waste 191212 issued by the relevant authorities.

The Contracting Authority shall not allow the use of waste through storage.
