The service will:

— offer patients a choice of locations and appointment times, ensuring equitable timely and appropriate access,

— ensure that patients are seen and treated in a safe environment, most appropriate to their care needs,

— provide the best value for money, delivering effective and sustainable use of resources.

The locally defined outcomes.

1) Low Surgical infection rates.

2) Low Complication rates.

3) Reduction in Sterilisation Failure rates.

4) Patients are seen and treated within the NHS Constitution timescales i.e. within 18 weeks of referral.
