The purpose of this framework agreement is to clean the roads and public spaces of the City of Montfermeil. It concerns recurring benefits and some occasional operations. This framework agreement is a single-awardee framework agreement with purchase orders concluded without minimum amount and for a maximum amount of 4,000,000 euro (s) HT for the entire duration of the framework agreement. It is concluded for a firm period of 4 years from 1 October 2023 or on the date of notification, whichever is later. A mandatory visit of the premises made available is organised on 02/08/2023 at 9:00 ((see paragraph Vi.3 - additional information of this notice and the rules of the consultation)

This framework agreement includes the following current services, carried out on behalf of the City:- high-pressure washing followed by mechanical sweeping (washing train) of all tracks - mechanical sweeping of all tracks - weeding of roads and sidewalks, - collection of leaves in autumn on some wooded roads, - snow removal if necessary. Some occasional operations on such as:- hydro-stripping of paving, paving, on specific sectors, - high pressure washing followed by an additional mechanical sweep (washing train) out of package of a space, - additional mechanical sweeping outside the package of a space, - weeding of additional non-vegetated areas, - collection of dead leaves on tree-lined roads (supplement)- modification of the emptying site during the framework agreement
