The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of technical inspections, maintenance of medical equipment according to the assortment and in the quantities indicated in the price forms, preparation of technical certificates, keeping passports of medical equipment and apparatus. The scope of services will include medical devices in the equipment of the 1st Military Clinical Hospital with the Policlinic SPZOZ in Lublin Branch in Ełk, in accordance with the price offer and description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Price Form).
