The subject of the contract is year-round maintenance of roads, facilities and pavements as well as public areas related to the service of traffic participants in the Municipality of Kamienna Góra in the following seasons: summer 2022 and winter 2022/2023.

The subject of the contract is year-round maintenance of roads, facilities and pavements as well as public areas related to the service of traffic participants in the Municipal Municipality of Kamienna Góra in the seasons: summer 2022 and winter 2022/2023 and includes summer and winter maintenance:

- municipal roads;

- public areas and areas related to the service of traffic participants and residential areas owned by the Municipality of Kamienna Góra (yards);

- sidewalks and pedestrian routes;

- pedestrian crossings;

- crossings for cyclists;

- Cyclist Service Areas (MOR);

- stops;

- engineering objects, i.e. bridge structures and culverts in accordance with Annexes No. 1-9.

and taking action:

- snow removal;

- setting and removing snow curtains;

- setting up and collection of containers for materials intended to combat winter slipperiness;

- emptying and maintenance of street trash cans, clearing snow from entrances to buildings and garbage canopies in order to allow access to municipal services emptying containers

in the scope described in this Description of the subject of the contract and applicable regulations, in particular the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. 236, item 2008, as amended).
