The subject of this EU announcement is the roofing work trade with bottle work for phase II of the construction project Conversion & Renovation of the existing therapy and well-being center in D-08648 Bad Brambach. The other trades will be published in separate announcements.

Type and scope of the service:

- Dismantling existing skylight with RWA systems including disposal 4 pcs

- Openable dome light, partly with RWA and 4 units as roof exit

- Gooseneck lead-through through entire roof construction including drempel 1 piece

- Leakage test for flat roofs, corridor area, 58 x 2 m, tracer gas/electric impulse method 1 piece

- Dismantling/disposing/replacing the existing attic tin storage 25 m

- Dismantling/disposing/replacing the existing attic metal storage 35 m

- minor repairs to the existing bitumen roofing membranes

Particularities:

Special measures for construction work in the healing spring reserve (medicinal water protection zones II) are

required. Vehicles, machines and equipment are to be operated on biofuel. hydraulic drives

, where technically possible, must be converted to bio-hydraulic oil.
