By means of this tender, the Juridisch Loket wishes to conclude a service agreement with one contractor who, by means of the deployment of a call team, effectively and efficiently shapes the handling of all questions received via the telephony channel.

All economic operators that meet the requirements are invited to submit a Tender. This can be done independently, as a Partnership and/or by calling on Third Parties and/or Subcontractors.

The size of the Assignment is estimated at 11,000 estimated calls per week, which requires an estimated deployment of 35 FTE for the call team, excluding team leader(s). The mentioned size is only intended as an indication. The Contractor can in no way derive any rights from this. The Juridisch Loket does not provide a turnover guarantee.
