The scope of service is the performance-oriented maintenance and management of the electrical and mechanical installations in buildings and terrain facilities. In general, this concerns:

• Preventive maintenance, condition controlled in accordance with NEN 2767;

• Corrective and curative maintenance;

• Resolving malfunctions;

• Technical management;

• Additional projects, services, one-time replacements up to At a value above €15,000, - HL reserves the right to request three quotations: one from the contractor and two from other parties in the market.
