Based on a structural master plan, department 404 Christiansberg will be renovated and rebuilt. The renovation and conversion includes 78 existing homes, spread over 13 stairwells in 3 floors and is carried out as a subsidized construction according to the danish housing association. Section 404 consists of 2 building sections built in 1963 (30 homes) and 1966 (48 homes). Construction sections are divided into 3 blocks:

Block 1: 18 4-room homes of 102m2

Block 2: 30 pcs. 3-room homes of 78m2

Block 3: 30 3-room homes of 86m2

It can also be stated that the project must be certified for DGNB silver and the total budget for craftsman expenses, approved by the National Building Fund in Schedule A, can be stated at 87,874,952, - ex VAT.
