The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment for the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology.

The contracting authority allows partial bids to be submitted. The subject of the order is divided into three (3) following parts:

Part I – All-in-One PCs

Part II – Portable computer

Part III – Uninterruptible power supplies

The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the template of the contract as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The contracting authority in the proceedings in question does not require a bid bond. The contracting authority in the proceedings in question does not require the lodging of a performance bond.

The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor, in order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Entity, submit TOGETHER WITH THE OFFER the following means of proof:

1) current description of the offered subject of the contract as at the date of submission of offers, i.e. manufacturer's data sheets, manufacturer's/distributor's folders, printouts from the manufacturer's/distributor's websites or own descriptions. The description should confirm all the requirements for the subject of the contract specified in the SWZ. The Ordering Party allows the submission of a description in English.

The Contractor must describe which Part of the SWZ each device description refers to. A description shall be submitted for each Part of the SWZ. The contracting authority provides for supplementing the means of proof in question.

Part II – Portable computer, 1 pc
