The order includes the operation of approx. 8,400 pieces of light points and operations performed on the basis of orders.

Range of operational activities of road lighting:

1. Activities billed per month by flat rate:

(a) the operation and technical inspections of equipment, power and safety apparatus, measuring and control equipment in lighting cabinets at least 1 time a month;

(b) constant attention to the aesthetics of road lighting devices (cleaning fixtures, washing cloches, removal of cobwebs and insects and posters from poles and cabinets);

(c) technical inspections of lighthouse fixtures and cavities;

(d) measurements and operational tests of road lighting in Wrocław in accordance with the “Traffic and Exploitation Instructions”;

(e) painting and maintenance of metal structures of lanterns, switchboards and cabinets in case of cavities of the anti-corrosion coating, renewing the illegible numbering of poles;

(f) acceptance of notifications of malfunction lighting, reporting and removal of damage within 2 days of notification;

(g) elimination of any failure in street lighting equipment within up to 2 days from the date of finding or notification, i.e. damaged connection apparatus in cabinets and poles (including sockets and fuse inserts, clamp and fuse plates, circuit breakers, fasteners, contactors, relays, signalling lights, mounting - clamp bars, internal wiring), worn light source, damaged fixtures (chokes, ignition systems, fixtures, clamps);

h) vertical of the lantern;

(i) checks on the state of traffic lighting at night time not less than 1 time a week;

(j) the immediate removal of the hazards of road safety and human health and life caused by lighting devices;

(k) the maintenance of the “service book” and, in the absence of it, also the assumption for lighting devices powered from a given lighting cabinet containing: a single-bar scheme of circuits with the type of luminaires and light sources, protocols of measurements carried out, records with the date of the statement failures for each device on individual facilities and records with the date of checks, inspection and faults found on those days;

(l) making lighting equipment available at the request of the Ordering Party to other Contractors for expansion, reconstruction, modernization or warranty repair;

(m) connecting and disconnecting at the request of the Ordering Party to the lighting network of advertisements and other devices and drawing up a protocol;

n) in the first month of operation replacement of cartridges for locks in lighting cabinets and cabinets of power reducers 220 pcs. ;

o) provide constant wireless connectivity in the GPRS system of cabinets with CPAnet drivers on www.cpanet.pl in the amount of 80 pcs. ;

p) Actions carried out with the participation of the contracting Party:

-control of the efficiency of road lighting at night at night at the request of the Ordering Party not less than 1 time a month and not more often than 2 times a month;

-visual inspection of road lighting equipment at the request of the Ordering Party not less than 1 time per year.

2. Actions settled according to as-calculation estimates on the basis of separate orders accounted for according to price generating factors (R, S, Kp, Z, M) given in the Seococenbud from the quarter of execution of the order concerned and the standards specified in the applicable catalogues:

(a) replacement of damaged elements: luminaires (vandalised), support structures (poles, brackets, booms) and control clocks;

(b) repair and replacement of damaged power cables and cabinets;

(c) works related to the possible expansion or modernization of road lighting.
