The municipality of Belm is planning to expand and rebuild the Belm secondary school (“Johannes Vincke School”).

The subject of this award procedure is the drywall construction work required for the first construction phase ("extension of the secondary school").

The execution of the above-mentioned services for the first construction phase is planned as follows:

14th week 2023 to 40th week 2024

Since the "extension of the secondary school" will not be built as a completely free-standing building, but will be connected to and into the existing building on the various levels, partial drywall construction work must already be carried out in the transition areas of the existing building as part of the extension; in particular in the administrative area of level 1.

The remaining drywall construction work "Conversion of the teachers' area as well as conversion of fire protection measures and elevator in levels 0 to 2" will be put out to tender and carried out at a later date in a separate bill of quantities.

The new building consists of:

ground floor = level 0

1st floor = level 1

2nd upper floor = level 2

with various rooms, for example:

- Level 0: classrooms, canteen, cleaning supplies, toilets, technical rooms, stairs, elevator

- Level 1: classrooms, stairs, lift, technology, cleaning supplies

- Level 2: classrooms, stairs, lift, technology, cleaning supplies

Level 0 approx. 1,296m2

Level 1 approx. 1,396m2

Level 2 approx. 716m2

Total: approx. 3,408 m2
