The object of this Specification is the establishment of the agreements and conditions defining the rights and obligations of the parties that must govern in their legal, administrative and economic aspects the contracting of the supply of FUEL for the vehicles of the Commonwealth of Mairaga,

The supply of fuel to be contracted includes the different fuels used by the vehicles and machinery of the Commonwealth as detailed in this specification and will include all the vehicles that make up the current fleet as well as all those vehicles that during the term of the contract can be incorporated into it.

Tenderers must be located in the municipality of Tafalla and have adequate facilities for the supply of the following three types of fuel:

A) Unleaded Gasoline 95 for automotive.

B) Unleaded Gasoline 98 for automotive.

C) Diesel A for automotive.
