Rudersdal Municipality intends to enter into a 4-year framework agreement with 3 architectural or engineering companies on technical turnkey consultancy in connection with the implementation of renovation projects and small extensions, e.g.:
• Renovation and upgrade of a daycare centre with extension of a new dormitory
• Facade renovation of school with window replacement and replacement of technical facilities
• Modernization of residential facilities, including new floors, painting and upgrading of technical facilities
• Replacement of ceiling and floors in sports hall as well as new clubhouse.
All tasks under the framework agreement will typically include more than two subjects.

Opgaveeksempler:
1) Temporary relocation of dental clinic-A to Dental Clinic, Construction cost DKK 3.1 million. The merger means that Tandklinik-B's premises are expanded by the inclusion of a larger depot located next to the clinic's premises. The premises are opened up, new doors and windows are established in line with current fire and regulatory requirements. Smaller drawings are carried out. New surfaces such as floors, walls and ceilings are being carried out New ventilation systems, new lighting and new installations will be established. Dental equipment is dismantled and reassembled in cooperation with a special dental subcontractor. The consultancy task includes condition assessment, project proposal, design, implementation of tenders, main contract, supervision and construction management
2) Façade and roof renovation of school buildings 1 and 2, Construction cost DKK 3.7 million. The renovation includes cleaning and rebuilding the plastered façade, renovating and replacing windows and doors, and replacing gutters and roof tiles. The advisory services include user involvement process, outline and project proposals, tender project, main contract, construction management and professional supervision.
3) Refurbishment and upgrade of day care for adults, Construction cost DKK 8 million. The conversion includes upgrading of office facilities (layout of workplaces, meeting rooms staff room with tea kitchen and lounge area. Modernization of workshops and living areas for users new floors, renovation of walls and ceilings, modernization of bathrooms. Preparation of brand strategy. The advisory services include user involvement process, interior design proposal, authority project and contact, outline and project proposals, tender project, main contract, construction management and professional supervision.
4) Renovation of sports hall, Construction cost DKK 5 million The renovation includes a new ventilation system in the hall and club rooms as well as the installation of heating panels and the establishment of a photovoltaic system with associated battery. The consultancy services include static assessment of the roof structure, design of heating, ventilation and BMS systems, authority project, outline and project proposal, tender project, main contract, construction management and professional supervision.
5) Renovation and rebuilding of daycare centre, Construction cost DKK 12 million. The renovation includes upgrading the technical installations, expansion with two group rooms in a new extension, painting of walls and ceilings in the existing building. The consultancy services include user involvement process, interior design proposal new extension, design of the technical installations, authority project, outline and project proposal, tender project, main contract, construction management and professional supervision.
The undertakings to which the contract is awarded must be able to provide, together with any supporting third parties, all the services mentioned in sections 1 to 8 of YBL 18. The "Appendix to the service descriptions: Sustainability" must be an integral part of the solution of tasks under YBL 18. As there is currently a strong political focus on sustainability without, however, a final decision has been made on how this should be handled in concrete terms, it is also to be expected that all construction projects will have to work with sustainability, including the preparation of a sustainability programme and follow-up on this throughout all phases of the construction in order to implement the client's vision for the individual construction project.
