The subject of the present award procedure is therefore the procurement of nasal antigen tests for self-application by laypersons for the direct pathogen detection of the coronavirus SARS-Cov-2 (hereinafter referred to as self-tests) and their distribution in the individually required quantities to the approximately 152 offices in the state of NRW.
The delivery quantities required by the respective departments are retrieved by the departments themselves in a web-based digital ordering portal on the Internet. This order portal is provided by the contractor. The Contractor shall then ensure that it delivers the requested number of self-tests to the respective department on time in accordance with the respective order.
