The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of activities in the field of the fourth maintenance level (PU4) in the diesel multiple units of the SA137 and SA139 series, including permanent work, additional work and modifications.

Execution by the Contractor of maintenance and repair works in the field of the fourth maintenance level (PU4) in the vehicle type 220M SA137 series with number 008, which include the performance of:

1) a fixed range of PU4 as set out in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) for the series of vehicles covered by the contract;

2) modification - the work specified in the Annex to the documentation of the proceedings;

3) optional additional work listed by the Contracting Authority in the Annex to the documentation of the proceedings.

Execution by the Contractor of maintenance and repair works in the field of the fourth maintenance level (PU4) in the vehicle type 223M series SA139 with number 001, which include the performance of:

1) a fixed range of PU4 as set out in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) for the series of vehicles covered by the contract;

2) modification - the work specified in the Annex to the documentation of the proceedings;

3) optional additional work listed by the Contracting Authority in the Annex to the documentation of the proceedings.

Execution by the Contractor of maintenance and repair works in the field of the fourth maintenance level (PU4) in the vehicle type 223M series SA139 with the number 002, which include the implementation of:

1) a fixed range of PU4 as set out in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) for the series of vehicles covered by the contract;

2) modification - the work specified in the Annex to the documentation of the proceedings;

3) optional additional work listed by the Contracting Authority in the Annex to the documentation of the proceedings.
