The subject of the contract is: delivery and installation of the following servers together with licenses and manufacturer's support described in detail in the OPZ (constituting Annex 1 to the Draft Agreement): a. Server Type I – 2-processor RACK server – pieces 12 b. Server Type II – 2-processor RACK server – pieces 8 c. Server Type III – 4-socket RACK server – pieces 6 2. The delivered servers must be brand new, unused, manufactured not earlier than 6 months before the date of conclusion of the Agreement. 3. The delivered servers must meet the minimum requirements set out in the table in Chapter II OPZ – Product Form (constituting Annex 1.1. to the SWZ). 4. All equipment and components delivered as part of the execution of this order must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty and support for a period of 60 months counted from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the contract. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty and support are set out later in the OPZ.
